Pune City : 328 New Covid Cases , 904 Discharged Today
Pune, October 20, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 904 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 328 new patients were detected while 21 people died today. Today swab samples of 2809 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 157,959 out of which 145,336 have been cured while 4022 have died. There are still 8601 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 779 critical patients out of which 425 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,597,063 across the country. Out of this, 67,33,328 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 115,197 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 748,538 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
