Pune City: Only Two Vaccination Centres For 18-44 Years, 50 Centres For Above 45 Years On May 11

Pune, 10th May 2021: Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has released lists of the COVID19 vaccination centres which will be operational on Tuesday, May 11.

 

PMC Additional Commissioner Rubal Agarwal said that for the 18-44 years group people, two centres will be functional. The vaccine will be given based on prior appointment only. People can do the booking on Cowin.gov.in or Arogya Setu app after the slots open at 8 pm tonight. 

 

The following centre will be functional for 18-44 years group on Tuesday:

Kamala Nehru Hospital, Mangalwar Peth (Pin code – 411011) – Covishield – 500 slots

Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, Yerwada (Pin code – 411006) – Covishield – 500 slots

Above 45 years: Pune Mayor Murlidhar Mohol said that vaccination is planned for citizens above 45 years of age at 50 centres on May 11, Tuesday. Covishield will be available at 40 centres and Covaxin will be available at 10 centres.

The second dose will be given to those who have taken the first dose before April 13 at 10 centres where Covaxin is available. For Covishield second dose, preference will be given to citizens who have taken the first dose before March 27, 2021, at the centres where Covishield is available. For the second dose, people can walk-in without online registration. The first dose will be given to 20% of the citizens as per online appointment only.
