Pune City Police Launches Weekly Grievance Redressal Day to Address Citizen Complaints
Pune, 4th July 2024: The Pune City Police, under the directive of Commissioner Amitesh Kumar, is set to launch a Grievance Redressal Day every Saturday. This initiative aims to address citizen complaints more efficiently and will involve zone-wise Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs) and division-wise Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs).
The inaugural session is scheduled for Saturday, 6th July, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Below is the list of DCPs and ACPs along with the police stations they will attend under their respective zones and divisions:

DCP R Raja – Zone 5 – Kondhwa Police Station
Assistant Police Commissioner – Division – Police Station to Attend
ACP Machhindra Khade – Faraskhana Division – Samarth Police Station
ACP Sainath – Vishrambaug Division – Vishrambaug Wada Police Station
ACP Sanjay Surve – Lashkar Division – Bund Garden Police Station
ACP Nanda Paraje – Swargate Division – Sahakar Nagar Police Station
ACP Ranganath Unde – Kothrud Division – Warje Malwadi Police Station
ACP Jagadish Satav – Sinhagad Road Division – Parvati Police Station
ACP Aarti Bansode – Khadki Division – Chaturshringi Police Station
ACP Vitthal Dabade – Yerawada Division – Lonikand Police Station
ACP Ashwini Rakh – Hadapsar Division – Hadapsar Police Station
ACP Ganesh Ingale – Wanowrie Division – Wanowrie Police Station
Citizens who have lodged complaints with the police station and find them unresolved, or have any issues related to their complaints, are encouraged to bring them up during the Grievance Redressal Day. This initiative will be held every Saturday. If an ACP or DCP is unavailable, the Senior Police Inspectors of the respective police stations will handle the session.
