Pune City: Today 4673 COVID Patients Discharged, 2837 New Patients Reported
Pune, 8th May 2021: In the last 24 hours, a total of 4673 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 2837 new patients were detected while 59 people died. Today swab samples of 17,118 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 4,44,539 out of which 4,00,649 have been cured while 7304 have died. There are still 36,586 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
