Pune: Commercial Stalls Available For Sale In Walhekarwadi, Chinchwad From PMRDA
Pune, 1st December 2022: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) is inviting online applications till December 14 through e-auction for the sale of a total of 31 commercial stalls in Convenience Shopping Center at Peth No 30 Walhekarwadi, Chinchwad on lease for 80 years.
Among them are seven commercial units on the ground floor and 24 commercial units on the first and second floors. The minimum area of the ground floor commercial spaces on Peth No 30 is 13.60 sq.m. and its base price is Rs 11,84,560. The maximum area is 22.50 sq.m. and its base price is Rs 19,59,750.
Interested persons should visit the website https://eauction.gov.in and http://www.pmrda.gov.in for instructions, and detailed terms and conditions regarding the e-auction process. To participate in the e-auction process, a demand draft of 10 percent of the base price has to be submitted to the office along with the application.
