Pune: Couple Arrested For Stealing Valuables Worth Rs 47 Lakh From Builder’s House
Kalyani Nagar, 3rd January 2022: Yerwada police have arrested a caretaker and his wife who stole 57 tola gold and silver jewellery and cash, totally worth Rs 47 lakh from a locked house in Kalyani Nagar.
In this case, Rajpal Vaman Harge (39) and his wife Urmila Harge (38) were arrested by the police, and the stolen have been seized from them. The theft took place on 26th December 2022.
Suraj Sumerchand Aggarwal (31), a resident of Kalyani Nagar, the owner of the house, who is a builder, went to Alibaug. At that time, the Harge couple, who live in the servants’ room to take care of the house, entered the house and stole gold and silver ornaments and cash.
