Key Election Preparations and Guidelines
Dr. Diwase outlined the following measures to ensure a smooth voting process:

2. Candidate Tents: Campaign tents (10×10 in size) are allowed only at designated spots, located 200 meters outside polling stations. Flags, placards, or any material influencing voters are strictly prohibited within this zone.
3. Parking Arrangements: Additional parking areas have been designated for polling stations with more than 10,000 voters in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad to ensure ease of access for voters.
4. Electronic Device Ban: To maintain the confidentiality of the voting process, devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, pen cameras, or weapons are strictly prohibited within 100 meters of polling stations on November 20 and during the vote counting on November 23.
5. Action Against Violations: Strict penalties, including legal action, will be imposed on individuals involved in activities like capturing or filming election proceedings, spreading rumors via WhatsApp or social media, or disseminating misleading messages.
