Pune District Collector’s Office Launches Grievance Redressal and Voter Help Desk Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections

Pune, 3rd April 2024: In the Pune District Collector’s Office, a Grievance Redressal and Voter Help Desk has been established on the 4th floor of the B Wing, catering to the upcoming Lok Sabha General Election. This initiative aims to provide assistance to voters and address their concerns effectively.

Staff members have been designated to manage this desk, offering guidance to voters and facilitating the reception of complaints. Voters can lodge their grievances via toll-free numbers 18002330102 and 1950, or through email at [email protected]. Upon receipt, complaints are promptly forwarded to the relevant Assistant Election Officer for swift resolution.

The Pune District Administration has emphasized the provision of assistance over the phone for various voter-related matters, including obtaining new voter identity cards, rectifying errors in existing cards, registering names in voter lists, and addressing challenges encountered in online identity card application processes.
