Pune, 10th June 2025: Dream Works Realty proudly celebrated its 13th anniversary at its Bavdhan office, marking over a decade of impactful service, innovation, and leadership in Pune’s real estate industry. The celebration was filled with gratitude, inspiration, and a renewed commitment to excellence.
The event began with a refreshing and engaging introduction session led by Rahul Deshpande, setting a warm and energetic tone. A special knowledge-sharing session by Mr. Ashish Joshi on “Growth Through Strategic Alliances” offered insightful strategies for building meaningful business partnerships.
Co-founder Chaitanya Joshi took the audience through his heartfelt journey of building Dream Works Realty, sharing milestones, challenges, and the vision that drives the company forward.
Two exciting launches added energy to the celebration:
A creatively designed Coffee Table Book, full of fun, inspiring stories and milestones, ideal for sharing with clients embarking on their real estate journey.
A newly designed company brochure, available in both physical and digital formats, created to serve clients across geographies — especially NRIs and outstation buyers.
Over the past 13 years, Dream Works Realty has proudly completed more than 1,500 transactions, including residential, commercial, and NA plot deals across Pune and PCMC. These numbers reflect the company’s strong market presence and trusted reputation.
