Pune: E-Registration Of PMRDA Flats Starts From Today
Pimpri Chinchwad, 6th March 2023: The e-registration process for flats in the housing scheme at Peth No 12 in Nigdi of the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) will be started on Monday (6th March).
PMRDA has implemented a total of 4,883 flats including 3,317 flats for the economically weaker section and 1,566 flats for the low-income group under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana at Peth No 12. The flats in the housing project have been sold by lottery.
The process of making an Article of Agreement with the beneficiaries who have paid the full amount of the flat will be started from Monday through e-registration mode. As the facility e-registration process has been made available by the Inspector General of Registration to the PMRDA, the beneficiaries will not have to go to the secondary registrar’s office. Building-wise schedule of e-registration has been published for the beneficiaries on the online portal.
The e-registration process will be done at the old authority office at Peth No 24, Nigdi. Detailed instructions regarding the process of registration for the beneficiaries have been published on the portal.
Beneficiaries are required to pay all types of charges like the last installment of the house sale price, late fee, stamp duty, society registration fee, maintenance charges, etc required for registration. Fees must be paid at least four days before the registration schedule. Beneficiaries should bring an Aadhaar card, PAN card, and mobile number with a link to an Aadhaar card for OTP while coming for registration.
After the registration process, the society registration process will be done. Therefore, immediate possession can be taken by saving time.
