Pune: Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi Procession Held in Kondhwa

Kondhwa, 24th August 2026: The Dawoodi Bohra community of Kondhwa and surrounding areas organised a procession on Sunday, August 23, to mark Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi, commemorating the birth of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W.).

The procession began at Badshahnagar Society in Kondhwa and proceeded towards Fakhri Hills Society. A large number of community members from Kondhwa and neighbouring areas participated in the procession with enthusiasm and devotion.

Several dignitaries and prominent personalities, including Mohsinbhai Shaikh, Mazharbhai Maniyar, Mahesh Punde, Haji Gafoor Pathan, Rohan Gaikwad, Nandatai Lonkar, Imranbhai Shaikh and Narayan Lonkar, were present on the occasion.

Other members of the public from various fields also joined the celebrations and extended their greetings to the community.
