Pune: Fake Social Media News About Recruitment in SPPU, University Puts Forth Warning
Pune, 28th September 2022: “Recruitment of vacancies under Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) is going on, don’t miss the opportunity” – If you receive these messages through social media or other means, beware! Do not be fooled by such statements, you may be deceived. These statements are being released through social media sites, and the university administration has made it clear that it has nothing to do with the university. The recruitment process by Pune University is done as per the procedure given by the Government.
The information about the recruitment process of the university is always published on the official website of the university. However, in the name of the university, it has been pointed out that statements have been published under the title “Don’t miss the recruitment opportunity for vacancies under Pune University” on some social media sites. Some complaints have also come to the university. These statements have nothing to do with the university.
Also, the administration said through an official statement that “if anyone is cheated in this regard, they should file a complaint at the police station”.
