Pune: Federal Bank Donates 100 Refrigerators For Vaccine Storage

Pune, May 1, 2021: Under the initiative of Federal Bank’s CSR, 100 refrigerators for vaccination storage were distributed to various health care centers for the Covid-19 vaccination drive. And its inauguration took place at the premises of the Divisional Commissioner’s Office by Deputy Chief Minister and District Guardian Minister Ajit Pawar.

At this time, MP Dr Amol Kolhe, MLA Chetan Tupe, officials, and employees of Federal Bank were present.

The covid vaccine needs to be kept at a certain temperature; it needs a cooling device to maintain that temperature. Now vaccination of the people from age group 18 to 44 has started and this age group has a very large population. Given this number, the administration has planned vaccinations, where these refrigerators will be used.
