Pune: Fifteen Researchers From Pune University Included In List Of Stanford University
Pune, 21st October 2022: Stanford University and Elsewhere published a list of the top two per cent of the world’s most talented scientists whose research literature is often cited for new research. Fifteen researchers from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) are included in this list of talented scientists.
This information has been released recently by Elsewhere. According to the information provided by this organization, these scientists are working in 22 disciplines in the field of science and their work has been classified into 176 sub-disciplines. This list is published on the data for the year 2021. This list includes more than two lakh scientists from all over the world.
In this list, SPPU Prof Dr Bhushan Patwardhan, Dr Varsha Gejj, Dr Smita Zingerde, Dr Sumit Das, Dr Rajesh Gache, Dr Viswas Kale, Dr Subhash Padhye, Dr Balaprasad Alkamwar, Dr Vikas Mathe, Dr Suresh Jungari, Dr Habib Pathan, Dr Aman Sharma, Dr Avinash Khare, Dr Sridhar Gadre, Dr RC Kamble and other research professors are included.
Savitribai Phule Pune University Vice-Chancellor Dr Karbhari Kale and Pro-Vice-Chancellor Dr Sanjeev Sonwane have congratulated all these professors and researchers.
Dr Karbhari Kale, Vice Chancellor, SPPU said, “Research in any institute is said to be the soul of that university. If a university has such high-quality researchers and professors, then it must be said that the future of the university is bright. It is hoped that more and more world-class researchers will be born in the university in the future.”
Dr Sanjeev Sonawane, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, SPPU said, “Fifteen researchers of our university have been ranked in the list of Stanford University which proves that the research conducted at the university is world-class. The University is confident that this list of researchers will grow in the future.”
