Pune: Fime joins hands with Lakshya to support Wrestler Sajan Bhanwal
Pune, 15th November 2021: Upcoming wrestler Sajan Bhanwal will receive a much-needed boost towards his international journey, as Bengaluru based Fime has decided to join hands with Sports NGO Lakshya to support him.
Sajan Bhanwal who won the national championship in his category a few days ago, also recently qualified, represented for the World Wrestling Championship which was held in Norway on October 21.
Announcing this, the President of Lakshya Vishal Chordia said that we are happy that Fime has joined hands with Lakshya to support the cause of sports “With the signing of Sajan Bhanwal athlete, Lakshya has supported a total of 24 athletes so far.
Bhanwal who hails from Sonipat, Haryana who won the Bronze in Feb 2021 at Senior National Wrestling Championship held in Jalandhar and a Gold at the 2019 Junior National Wrestling Championships. He also won the Silver in December 2019 at Senior National Wrestling Championship held in Jalandhar and a Gold in October 2019 Under-23 National Wrestling Championship held in Shirdi.
Speaking on the occasion Angaj Bhandari Managing Director – India and South Asia at Fime: “We are happy to announce our support of the young Sajan Bhanwal who has come up from humble background; we are sure that Sajan will make the country proud.” He added, “We always believe that we have to look forward to a constant search for excellence to strengthen our efforts and make India a place to reckon with, in the world community.”
