Pune: FIR Registered Against Tour And Traves Company For Cheating 7 Tourists Of Rs 11 Lakh
Pune, 13th September 2021: An FIR has been registered by Pune city police against Bhupesh alias Balkrishna Thakkar, the owner of Enjoy Tours & Travels, for allegedly cheating people to the tune of Rs 11 lakh.
Based on a complaint from Ranchhod Nagindas Naagar (71), resident of Gangadham, the case has been registered at Sahakarnagar police station.
According to police, the company is situated at KK Market, Satara Road, Dhankawadi. Naagar and six others had tour packages and paid the amount. The company had also issued receipts for the same.
Due to lockdown, the trip was cancelled. When the complainant and others sought a refund, the accused refused to give back their money.
