Pune: Fire Breaks Out At Company Warehouse, Material Worth Rs 1 Crore Gutted Into Fire
Pune 15th Sept 2023: A fire was reported at a factory in Kate Mala area of Walhekarwadi in Pimpri Chichwad on Thursday evening. The fire brigade teams were immidiately pressed into action and the fire was brought under control. However, the material kept inside the factory’s warehouse was gutted into the fire.
According to officials, the fire was reported to the fire brigade officials at 10:30 pm on Thursday. A total of around 65 officials of the fire brigade team were involved in the action and the fire was brought under control.
According to the company owner, material kept inside the warehouse including automobile spare parts, computers, plastic and iron materials etc worth Rs 1 Crore was gutted into the fire. Fortunately no casualty or injuries were reported in the incident, said officials.
