Pune: Fire Breaks Out in Storeroom of Balakashram Shikshan Sansthan in Alandi; Nobody Injured

Alandi, 1st April 2024: In the early hours of this morning, at 6 am, a fire erupted in the storeroom of Balakashram Shikshan Sansthan within the premises of the Ganeshanand Maharaj Punekar Seva Sanstha in Annapurna Nagar, Wadgaon Road Alandi Devachi. The blaze was attributed to a short circuit, swiftly engulfing the storage area in flames.

The fire brigade team led by officers Sachin Gaikwad and Prasad Borate brought the situation under control within 20 minutes. Their action prevented the fire from spreading further and minimized potential damage to the property. However, goods kept in the storeroom were damaged.
No casualties or injuries were reported.
