Pune: Four Held for Attempt to Murder Fuel Station Employee Over Discount on Engine Oil

Moshi, 20th October 2026: A dispute over a discount on a bottle of engine oil allegedly escalated into an attempt to murder at a fuel station in Moshi, with Bhosari MIDC police arresting four men on Sunday.

According to police, the accused confronted the 33-year-old employee after he refused to offer a discount on the product. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, when one of the men allegedly brandished a firearm and threatened to kill the employee.

Bhosari MIDC police have booked the four men under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for attempt to murder and relevant provisions of the Arms Act.

Police are investigating the circumstances leading to the confrontation and the alleged use of a firearm.
