Pune: Free Entry at Symbiosis Society’s Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Museum on May 18

Pune, 16th May 2025: On the occasion of “International Museum Day” on Sunday, 18th May 2025, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Symbiosis Society’s Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Museum and Memorial will be open to all the visitors free of charge.

The museum has an inspiring collection of 280 artefacts which includes the coveted Bharat-Ratna award together with the citation, the bed on which Dr. Ambedkar breathed his last, Statue of Bhagvan Buddha before which he used to bowed every day, the table and the chair on which he used to sit while writing the constitution of India and many more such artifacts and about 200 rare photographs. Similarly, there is a 3D Hologram of Dr. Ambedkar delivered the speech in the Constituent Assembly. This museum & memorial is a “Prerana Bhumi” to all the visitors which is a sacred place.
