Pune: Gang kills Keshavnagar resident; Citizens protest with a bandh in Mundhwa
Mundhwa, 2nd May 2023: The residents of the Keshavnagar area in Mundhwa observed a bandh on Monday in protest of the killing of a citizen by a gang.
Ravindra Digambar Gaikwad, a 59-year-old resident of Keshavnagar, was killed by the gang on Sunday after he objected to their drinking near his house and cowshed.
Following the incident, shopkeepers in the area closed their shops, and citizens demanded action against the criminals who are terrorizing the locality.
