A few gangs of criminals between the ages of twenty-five and thirty, including minors, have sprung up in the area. Due to the supremacy dispute between them, there are continuous murders and attempted murders of partners among themselves, but the ordinary citizens of the area have to bear the hardships.

On Thursday (July 14), there was a fight between these criminals. Police are investigating whether the altercation has anything to do with the vandalism of these vehicles. As such incidents are happening frequently, the local citizens are expressing their displeasure with the action of the police. Therefore, there is a need for the police to take strict action against such social evils to remove the fear among the common citizens.

“A team of police has been dispatched to investigate this case. Suspects have been identified, they will be arrested soon. The process of filing a case in this regard is currently underway. Other citizens should also come forward to file a complaint without any fear,” said Niranjan Ranware, Assistant Police Inspector, Haveli Police Station, Pune Rural.
