Pune: Grocery Shopkeeper Defrauded Of Rs 24 Lakh; Case Registered Against Four

Pune, 4th October 2022: A case has been registered by the Bharti Vidyapeeth Police against four persons in the case of defrauding a grocery shopkeeper in the Indapur area of ​​Rs 24 lakh.

 

Sachin Nivrutti Narute (30), a resident of Kazad, Indapur, District Pune has filed a complaint in this regard at Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station. The accused have been identified as Sushilkumar Trivedi, Vandana Daima, Bharat Daima, and Rani Daima.

 

Narute owns a grocery store. The accused had taken Rs 24,09,000 from Narute online by luring him to supply food grains. After paying the money, the accused did not supply food grains to Narute.

 

Nature then questioned the accused, however, they gave vague answers. After realising the fraud, Narute filed a complaint with the police. Assistant Police Inspector Patil is investigating the matter further.
