Pune: Fatal Accident Near Katraj Chowk; One Died On Spot In Accident
Pune, 4th October 2022: One person died in an accident that happened at Katraj Chowk at around 3 pm today (October 4). The police said that the person died due to the wheel of an unknown vehicle running over his head. The deceased has not been identified yet and the police are investigating the matter.
As the flyover work is going on near the accident site, it is seen that the road is narrowing at this place. Also, heavy vehicles travel from this area in a huge number.
Katraj Chowk is widely used to reach places like Satara Road, Khadi Machine Chowk, and Pune- Bangalore Highway. For the past few days, there is a huge traffic jam in the Katraj Chowk area and there are queues of vehicles for hours.
