Pune: Gunfire Incident Shakes Kothrud: Bullets Lodge in Building Windows Near DRDO

Kothrud, 20th February 2024: A case has emerged in Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, where bullets fired from a gun became lodged in the windows of a building adjacent to ‘DRDO.’ Promptly responding to the information, the police hurried to the scene. The Forensic Team has conducted an inspection, and authorities are currently engaged in determining the precise sequence of events and circumstances surrounding the incident.

Zone 3 Deputy Commissioner of Police, Sambhaji Kadam, has reported that the police received information regarding gunfire in Bhusari Colony. A prompt response from the Kothrud police team led them to the scene where an inspection revealed a bullet lodged in the window glass of a flat. Initial assessments suggest that the bullet may have originated from the firing range of DRDO. Commissioner Kadam mentioned that further investigation is currently in progress to ascertain the details of the incident.
