Pune: Husband Acquired Wife’s Property By Showing A Woman With Face Mask As His Wife

Pune, 28th June 2021: Coronavirus has made it essential to wear a mask in daily life. For the last one and a half years, every citizen has been seen walking out of the house wearing a mask. If there is no mask, the citizens have to pay a fine. So the picture is that people do not step out of the house without wearing a mask.

However, with the help of masks, a man in Pune has acquired the property registered in his wife’s name. He brought another woman wearing a mask to the administrative office and took the flat in his wife’s name. In this case, the wife Kavita Jadhav has lodged a complaint against her husband Rahul Jadhav.

The name of the plaintiff woman is Kavita Jadhav. She married Rahul Jadhav at Ambegaon Pathar in the Katraj area. They have been married for 15 years. Both of them have flats in their name. Rahul used to harass his wife Kavita.

The wife didn’t say anything about her husband’s troubles. Meanwhile, the husband Rahul Jadhav got a flat in his wife’s name. On July 13, 2020, Rahul Jadhav showed a woman with a face mask as his wife at the registration office and exchanged flats in his wife’s name.

The incident came to light when the husband was talking on the phone. After checking the matter, it has become clear that the flat was named after another woman. The woman has lodged a complaint with the police. An investigation is underway, said police.
