Pune: Husband Arrested for Injuring Suspected Rival in Chakan

Chakan, 25th November 2023: A man has been arrested for injuring another man whom he suspected of having an affair with his wife. The accused, who was driving a car, allegedly struck the victim while he was riding a bike. The incident led to injuries to the victim, and his bike was also damaged in the altercation.

The individual who filed the complaint, known as Mahesh Nanekar, is 34 years old and resides in Chakan. Following his complaint, the husband accused in the case has been apprehended by the Chakan police.

According to the complaint filed by Mahesh, he and the accused were acquainted with each other. The accused harboured suspicions that Mahesh was having an affair with his wife, leading to a violent confrontation.
