Pune: Increase In Security At Sharad Pawar’s Residence After Stone Pelting In Mumbai Today

Shivajinagar, 8th April 2022: Security has been beefed up at the residence of NCP president Sharad Pawar in Pune following an attack by state transport (ST) workers on his residence in Mumbai. Also, strict security has been maintained in the vicinity of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s bungalow.

At NCP President Sharad Pawar’s ‘Silver Oak’ residence in Mumbai, ST workers staged a protest with slogans. Protesters hurled sandals and stones. Police in riot gear had to intervene and remove hundreds of protesters. Security has been beefed up at Sharad Pawar’s residence in Pune following the incident. A

Also, the police have been instructed to be vigilant. Along with Sharad Pawar, police have been instructed to be vigilant at the residence of Ajit Pawar. Local police stations have been instructed to remain alert, a senior police official said.
