Pune: Khadki Cantt Hospital Driver Found Coronavirus Positive

Pune, May 9, 2020: Two persons including a driver of the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) hospital has been detected COVID19 positive today. Now tracing of their contacts is going on. Another new patient is the mother of an earlier positive patient. These two patients live outside KCB limit, said KCB CEO Pramod Kumar Singh.

According to KCB, apart from these two patients till now, there were 22 patients in Khadki out of which 13 have been cured and discharged while 2 have died. There are still seven active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals, 6 in Cantt hospital, Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Cantonment General Hospital, and one outside.

In Pune city (PMC area) until yesterday, the number of COVID patients had reached 2245 out which 136 have died while 732 have been cured. There are 1377 active patients in hospitals. In PCMC, the number of positive patients has reached 156 till today out of which 76 have been discharged while 3 have died.
