Pune: Lock Repair Technician Steals Valuables Worth Rs 6 Lakh

Pune, 28th July: In the name of fixing the lock of the cupboard, two thieves sent the house owner out of the house to fetch an iron nut and looted as much as six lakhs. This incident took place on Tuesday (July 26) around 12:30 pm in the Tadiwala road area.

Jyoti Ramesh Kamble (42), a resident of Tadiwala Road has filed a complaint at Bundagarden Police Station. On July 26, two men were looking for lock repair work in the area.

 

At that time, Jyoti asked them to fix the lock of the cupboard. Under the guise of fixing the lock, the thieves took the key to the cupboard from the woman and sent it outside the house to fetch the iron nut.

 

After that, taking advantage of the fact that there was no one in the house, the thieves broke into the mini-locker and stole cash and gold ornaments worth Rs 5 lakh 98 thousand. Sometimes later when Jyoti came with the materials, she found that the thieves had stolen the things from her cupboard.
