Pune: Lt Col Suresh Patil Felicitated With “The Extra Mile Awards 2021”
Pune, 20th October 2021: Lt Col Suresh Patil (Retd) has been felicitated with “The Extra Mile Awards 2021” for his contributions towards environmental conservation and desilting of dam project.
Patil runs Green Thumb foundation, an environment protection group which works for restoration and protection of biodiversity.
The event was curated by Pallavi Morey Mane who is also Founder & Director of StarFairs Events.
The Extra Mile Awards 2021 organised by at Lemon Tree Premier Hotel Pune. Prasad Oak (Actor/Director/Producer from Marathi Film Industry) was a celebrity chief guest for this event. Manjiri Oak (Wife of Prasad Oak), Sourabh Patel (Hindi Big Boss 12 fame) and Anushka Shrivastava (Hindi Film Actress) were also present during the event.
Pallavi Morey Mane said that during last 2 years people are stressed and worried due to Covid pandemic and many of them lost self-confidence and feel demotivated. StarFairs felt that its right time to encourage, recognize and motivate people from different sectors for their work and achieving that Extra Mile in their life.
StarFairs team research and detailed selection process shortlisted around 40 awardees from all over India.
During event StarFairs also made some special announcement that this year Starfairs sending two models to Mrs Universe 2021 which is in South Korea later this year.
