Pune: Maharashtra Board Opens SSC Supplementary Exam Applications

Pune, 15th May 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has opened the application window for the Class 10 (SSC) supplementary examinations, beginning May 15. Students can submit their forms without a late fee until May 24, while late applications will be accepted until May 29.
This opportunity is aimed at students who did not pass the SSC exams held in February-March 2025. According to board officials, these students will be able to auto-populate their details on the application portal, streamlining the process.
In an official release, MSBSHSE Secretary Devidas Kulal clarified that no extensions will be granted beyond the announced deadlines, whether for regular or late applications. He also noted that students who are attempting to improve their grades will have three chances: the upcoming June-July 2025 session, and two more in February-March 2026 and June-July 2026.
HSC Marksheet Distribution on May 16
Meanwhile, students who appeared for the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams will receive their marksheets, transfer certificates, and detailed grade sheets this Friday, May 16.
Divisional boards across the state will begin distributing documents to all affiliated higher secondary schools and junior colleges from 11 a.m. onwards. Institutions have been instructed to hand over these documents to students the same day at 3 p.m.
School administrators have been directed to ensure timely and organized distribution.
