Pune: Major Accident Near Navle Bridge, About 50 Vehicles Damaged
Pune, 20th November 2022: There has been a major accident at the Navle bridge on Pune-Bengaluru highway. About 50 vehicles are damaged.
Rescue teams from Pune fire brigade and PMRDA have reached the spot.
According to officials, a container truck going from Satara side towards Mumbai hit many vehicles from behind resulting in the accident around 8.45 pm. The driver had lost control of the vehicle while coming down from the bridge.
About 40 people have sustained injuries. They have been admitted in nearby hospitals.
