Pune: Manoj Jarange Patil To Hold Rallies In Pune Today, Large Gathering Of Supporters Expected
Pune 20th Oct 2023: Manoj Jarange Patil, a prominent leader who is aggressively leading the charge for Maratha reservation in Maharashtra is set to conduct rallies in various locations across Pune, rallying supporters and putting pressure on the government regarding Maratha reservation. Preparations are in full swing for his campaigns. It is anticipated that thousands of Marathas will attend the rallies in Pune scheduled today.
Manoj Jarange Patil has taken a proactive stance on Maratha reservation. After his ultimatum to the government expired, he has planned a massive demonstration in Maharashtra. Today, he is scheduled to hold rallies in Pune district. Supporters from the Maratha community are gearing up to stand by him. All eyes are on what Jarange Patil will say during these events.
Jarange Patil is expected to pay respects at the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj at Shivneri Fort at 7 am. Later, he will proceed to Junnar at 10 am, where a grand welcome awaits him. At 11 am, a public meeting is scheduled in Khed Rajgurunagar. Following this, at 3 pm, another rally is planned in Baramati. At 5 pm, he will visit Phaltan and then at 8 pm, he is scheduled to meet his supporters in Dahiwadi.
Maratha Kranti Morcha members estimate that around 5,00,000 Maratha community members are expected to participate in the rally at Rajgurunagar. A designated area of 100 acres has been allocated for this purpose, with coordination and security measures overseen by the organizers and the police.
Jarange Patil has taken an aggressive stance on the reservation issue, not only within the state but also with an eye on national attention. On October 14, a massive rally took place in Jalna, with Jarange Patil giving the government an additional ultimatum of ten days to give reservation to people from Maratha community in Maharashtra.
