Pune: Maratha Movement Gains Momentum In Rajgurunagar

Rajgurunagar, 20th October 2023: In a significant development, Manoj Jarange Patil made a decisive announcement during a Maratha Reservation protest meeting in Rajgurunagar. He declared that the Kunbi community would not retreat in their quest for caste certificates. He held the government accountable for the suicides that have plagued the Maratha community. This pointed accusation emphasized the urgency of addressing the long-standing issues faced by the community.

During a gathering, Manoj Jarange Patil expressed his condolences for Sunil Kawle, stating, “I feel immense sorrow for our brother Sunil Kawle. His sacrifice will not go to waste. The pain of the Maratha community is our own. I am travelling from village to village, not seeking garlands, but seeking the blessings of the Maratha community. We are unwavering in our commitment that the Maratha community will not step back until they obtain the reservation they rightfully deserve. I implore the Maratha brothers not to resort to the extreme step of suicide. Additionally, it is our firm belief that the government bears responsibility for the past suicides in our community.”

Manoj Jarange Patil emphasized the importance of pursuing their goals through peaceful means. He stated, “Our movement for the Maratha reservation is proceeding peacefully. We were once aggressive in our pursuit of reservation, but we now understand that it’s through peaceful means that we will achieve our goals. I solemnly pledge today that I will continue to fight until the Maratha community receives the reservation they seek.”
