Pune: Minor Boys Indulge In Firing Over Past Enmity In Shivne

Uttamnagar, 21st January 2022: A group of minor boys fired on another boy while he was going to a birthday party in Shivne on Thursday night.

A case of attempt to murder has been registered against six persons at Uttamnagar police station under Pune city police.

According to the police, the accused boy and the complainant had an argument a few days back. The complainant had gone with his friend on a two-wheeler to a friend’s birthday party at Laxmipura Society in Shivne. At that time, the accused living in Ramnagar Warje chased the complainant and one of them fired at him around 9.30 pm. As local residents gathered, the accused threw bricks at them.

Police rushed to the spot after getting information about the incident. The accused had fled the scene at that time. Police are further investigating the case.
