Pune: More Than 3,700 Students Create Human Replica Of Five Freedom Fighters On Occasion Of Republic Day

Pune, 27th January 2023: “Apna Hai Din Yah Aaj Ka, Duniya Se Jake Bol Do, Bol Do, Aise Jago Re Sathiyo, Duniya Ki Ankhe Khol Do Khol Do, Lahara Do Lahara Do”; More than 3,700 students danced to the beat of this country devotional song while making human formation of freedom fighters of country and paid them a tribute.

Human replicas of freedom fighters, like Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak, and Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi, were created in the Zeel Education Society at Narhe.

Zeel Education Society created a unique record on the occasion of Republic Day. The activity started with the hoisting of the flag and the lighting of the lamp by the secretary of the organization Jayesh Katkar. More than 3,700 students of the institute participated in this activity.

Over 500 volunteers worked tirelessly for the past month to make this event a success. Sambhaji Katkar, Founder of the Institute, along with Prof Uddhav Shide, Head of Academics, Admission, and Administration, Head of Management Institutes Prof Dr Rishikesh Kakandikar, Prof Ayub Tamboli, Dr Ajit Kate, Prof Nilesh Magar, and Prof Vijay Shinde worked hard to make this event a success.
