Pune: MSRTC Bus Ran On Two Wheels With 35 Passengers; Video Went Viral

Pune, 16th May 2023: A scary incident took place near Ambegaon taluka on the Pune-Nashik highway. Both the rear wheels of the MSRTC bus, which was running on the highway, got dislodged. After the wheels came loose, one wheel fell in front of the bus and the other fell into a stream on the side of the road. It has been reported that the said bus ran on two wheels for about 15 to 20 seconds even without wheels.

There were a total of 35 passengers on the bus. However, a major accident was averted due to timely action taken by the driver and 35 passengers on the bus escaped safely.

According to the information received, both the rear wheels of the bus suddenly dislodged on the Pune-Nashik highway. At that time this bus was running on the road. The bus ran on the road for about 15 to 20 seconds. The bus was running sideways on the road. There was fear among the passengers on this bus and shouting started in the bus. The bus from Paral Depot was going to Narayangaon from Paral.

The incident took place near Morade Chocolate Factory in the Shewalewadi area of Ambegaon taluka. A thrilling video of this incident has come out and in this video, it is seen that after both the wheels of the bus are gone, the bus is moving forward on two wheels.

Sparks were seen as the bus stopped. However, when the driver realized this in time, he managed to take all the passengers out safely.
