Pune-Mumbai Trains And Local Trains Cancelled Due to Signalling Work, Check Details Here

Pune, 18th August 2023: Important signaling work related to the automation of signals between Chinchwad and Khadki stations on the Lonavala-Pune rail route will lead to the cancellation of several train services. On Sunday, August 20th, trains including Intercity Express 12127/12128 Pune-Mumbai-Pune, Deccan Express 11007/11008 Pune-Mumbai-Pune, Pragati Express 12125/12126 Pune-Mumbai-Pune, and Koyna Express 11029/11030 Mumbai-Kolhapur-Mumbai will be canceled.
Local train services between Pune and Talegaon as well as Pune and Lonavala will also be affected. Trains like the 01584 and 01586 locals departing from Pune to Talegaon at 06:48 and 08:53 respectively, and the 01558, 01562, 01564, 01566, and 01568 locals departing from Pune to Lonavala at various times, will be canceled. Similarly, trains departing from Shivajinagar to Talegaon and Lonavala, as well as trains from Lonavala to Pune and other destinations, will experience disruptions.
Additionally, the departure time of train 12939 Pune-Jaipur Express from Pune has been rescheduled from 17:30 to 17:45, while train 22943 Daund-Indore Express’s departure from Daund has been shifted from 14:00 to 18:00.
Trains like the 22159 Mumbai-Chennai Express, 17222 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Kakinda Port Express, 11019 Mumbai-Bhubaneswar Express, 22732 Mumbai-Hyderabad Express, 11302 Bangalore-Mumbai Express, and 22194 Gwalior-Daund Express that were set to depart on Sunday, August 20th, will also experience delays due to the ongoing signaling work between Chinchwad and Khadki stations in the Pune Division.
