Pune: NCB Raids Chinku Pathan’s House And Godown In Bollywood Drugs Smuggling Case
Pune, January 25, 2021: After the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, drug connection of Hindi film industry was revealed and the Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) team raided many places in Mumbai and Pune following drug dealers connection. Pathan has also connections with fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
On Saturday, the NCB team raided the house of Chinku Pathan and Arif Bhojwal’s Pune colleague, who supplied drugs to many Hindi filmmakers and actors. Pathan’s accomplice has a house in Landge vasti at Khadakwasla and a godown in Hadapsar area. The raid was conducted by NCB at both places. Pathan’s accomplice managed to escape, but the NCB team found important evidence of smuggling in this raid.
The smuggling was done while Sonawane was transporting fruits and grains from Karnataka. Both Chinku Pathan and Arif Bhojwal were arrested, while Sonawane got into a scuffle and fled.
