Pune: NCP’s Dr. Amol Kolhe Encourages Voters to Uphold Integrity
Bhosari, 16th April 2024: Dr Amol Kolhe, the Shirur candidate from the NCP Sharad Chandra Pawar party, encouraged activists and supporters to maintain their integrity and political civility despite the current decline in the standards of politics. He emphasized that, even though others may let their standards slip, it is important to uphold political decency.
During a village visit in the Indrayani Nagar area of the Bhosari Legislative Assembly, Dr. Kolhe visited the Neo Regal Housing Corporation and engaged with voters. When a senior citizen expressed his distress and criticized the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar and Cooperation Minister Dilip Walse Patil, Dr Kolhe intervened to maintain politeness.
Dr Kolhe acknowledged that many were upset by Ajit Pawar’s departure from supporting senior leader Sharad Pawar. Nevertheless, he urged voters to maintain their political integrity and avoid crossing the line into indecent criticism, despite the lower standards observed in contemporary politics.
