Pune: Newborn Infant Found Dead, Case Registered Against Unknown
Wanwadi, 25th November 2022: A newborn baby was found dead in the Wanwadi area today. A case was registered against unknown persons who left the infant dead.
Policeman Ganesh Mane has filed a complaint at Wanwadi police station. A case has been registered against unknown persons in the case of leaving a newborn baby to die without accepting the responsibility for parentage.
Citizens informed the police that a newborn baby was found in a lane in the Chintamaninagar area of Wanawadi. The police rushed the infant to the hospital, but the baby died before treatment.
The police have expressed the suspicion that the newborn baby was abandoned due to an illicit relationship, and police sub-inspector Ravindra Lambhate is investigating the matter further.
