Pune: No Water Supply In These Areas Tomorrow, Friday
Repair and maintenance work is scheduled
Pune, September 17, 2020: There will be no supply of water on Friday, 18 September, in the east part of the city. It will resume with low pressure late on the next day on Saturday morning (September 19).
The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) issued a statement about water cut on Friday due to repair and maintenance work of Pune Cantonment water supply and water treatment plant in the city.
According to PMC,” there will be no water supply on Friday. Water supply will be cut due to electrical and civil work repair that needs to be undertaken at Pune Cantonment water supply and water treatment plant. It will resume with low pressure late on the next day on Saturday morning.”
Areas affected – Pune cantonment, Pune Station area, Racecourse area, Wanwadi, Kondhwa, Hadapsar, Mohamadwad, Kalepadal, Mundwa, Kaeshvnagar, Yerwada, Vishrantwadi, Kalyaninagar, Maharashtra Housing Board colony, Wadgaonsheri, Solapur road, Gondhalenagar, Satavwadi, Wadgaonsheri areas, Mahavir Nagar, Mahalnagar, Bramha sun city, Agakhan palace, Fatimanagar, NIBM, Entire Ghorpadi area, B T Kavade road, Hadapsar Industrial area.
