Pune, 7th November 2025: Another First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against businessman Digvijay Amarsinh Patil, partner of Amadea Enterprises LLP, for allegedly grabbing agricultural department land belonging to the Maharashtra government in Bopodi.

According to the complaint lodged by Naib Tehsildar Praveena Borde (50) at the Khadak Police Station, about 5 hectares and 35 R of land owned by the state’s agriculture department—under its possession since 1885—was illegally transferred to Amadea Enterprises LLP. The firm counts Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar’s son, Parth Pawar, and his cousin Digvijay Patil among its partners.

The same company is already under investigation for allegedly grabbing 40 acres of government land in Mundhwa, near Koregaon Park. Authorities claim the land, valued at ₹1,800 crore, was illegally purchased for ₹300 crore while paying just ₹500 in stamp duty, purportedly for setting up an IT park.

In the latest Bopodi case, an FIR has been filed against nine persons, including:

  • Pune City Tehsildar Suryakanat Yeole
  • Hemant Gawande, power of attorney holder for Vision Property, Baner
  • Rajendra Ramchandra Vidhvansh, Rushikesh Madhav Vidhvansh, and Mangal Madhav Vidhvansh, all residents of Navi Peth
  • Vidyanand Avinash Puranik of Indore, Madhya Pradesh
  • Jayshree Sanjay Ekbote of Colaba, Mumbai
  • Sheetal Kisanchand Tejwani, who is also accused in the Mundhwa land case
  • Digvijay Amarsinh Patil, director and partner of Amadea Enterprises LLP

The FIR states that the fraudulent land transfer took place between February 2024 and July 2025 at the Pune City Tehsildar’s office in Mamledar Kacheri, Shukrawar Peth. Officials allege the accused manipulated documents to transfer government land ownership into their names.

Police said the case is under investigation.
