Pune: PCMC Appeals People To Remove Unauthorized Construction Of Patra Shed

Pimpri, 31st August 2021: Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has made a public appeal to citizens to remove the unauthorized Patra sheds (metal shed roof) as per Section 53 and 55 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and Section 478 of the Maharashtra Municipalities Act.
“The unauthorized construction should be removed by 30/09/2021 by the owners. Those who will not remove the shed, such unauthorized construction of the shed will be removed by PCMC.
The cost of this action will be recovered from the concerned owners. PCMC will not be responsible for the damage caused by the action”, states the notice.
