Pune: Pedestrian Stabbed With Knife While Resisting Robbers
Hadapsar, 22nd December 2022: A pedestrian in the Hadapsar area was stabbed with a knife for resisting the robbers who extorted Rs 25,000 cash.
The name of the injured pedestrian is Kiran Shinde (31), a resident of Sasane Nagar, Kalepadal, Hadapsar.
A case has been registered against three persons in this regard. Shinde has filed a complaint at Hadapsar police station in this regard.
According to police, Shinde had left work around 9.30 pm. Three persons blocked his way in the Sasane Nagar area. They abused Shinde and beat him up. Rs 25,000 was taken from Shinde’s pocket. After Shinde resisted, they stabbed him with a knife on his waist.
Police Sub-Inspector Avinash Shinde is investigating this matter further.
