Pune: PMC Demolishes Unauthorized Construction at Elrow and Unicorn House Following Police FIRs

Kalyani Nagar, 13th April 2024: In response to two FIRs lodged by the Pune police against the proprietors of Elrow and Unicorn House, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) today took action to dismantle unauthorized constructions at Elrow and Unicorn, located in Kalyani Nagar. This move came after PMC officials issued notices under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act.

The demolition operation targeted structures found to be in violation of municipal regulations.
