Bibvewadi, 7th February 2024: The Building Development Department of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) executed a demolition operation on 29 unauthorized establishments at Hill Tops, Hill Slope in Bibvewadi, Pune.

The operation, conducted in the vicinity of the Bibvewadi police station, stretching from Aai Mata Mandir to Shatrunjaya Mandir road, marks a significant step towards curbing unauthorized constructions and upholding municipal regulations.

The unauthorized constructions were concentrated in the Ghatmatha area of Bibvewadi, where businesses had erected godowns, shops, and showrooms without obtaining the necessary permissions from the Municipal Corporation.
