Pune: PMC Inspects Ballr Club, Demolishes Illegal Constructions at Clover Galleria In Kharadi

Pune, 21st May 2024: In the wake of tragic Porsche accident in Kalyani Nagar on May 19th that claimed the lives of a man and a woman, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has ramped up its actions against illegal constructions across the city.
Ajit Surve, a senior PMC official, informed Punekar News that he has dispatched officials to Ballr for a thorough inspection. “If we find any irregularities, we will take stringent action,” Surve stated.
Heramb Shelke, the founder of Ballr, responded to the inquiry by asserting that all their constructions are fully legal. “We have adhered to all regulatory requirements,” Shelke told Punekar News.
In addition to Ballr, PMC has also targeted Clover Galleria in Kharadi. Officials have been sent to the location to demolish illegal structures. “We have issued numerous notices and are now taking decisive action,” Surve confirmed.
Surve also emphasized that the crackdown is not limited to these two establishments. “We are also taking action against other rooftop restaurants and clubs that have been constructed illegally,” he added.
