PMC Takes Action Against Abandoned Vehicles

Pune, 28th January 2022: Due to the parking of vehicles on the roads in many places in Pune city, traffic is being hindered and due to the accumulation of garbage under the vehicles, it is not possible to clean them.

Today, the Anti- Encroachment Department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) took action against these abandoned vehicles. As a result, the premises became clean and the initiative helped to empty the area.

According to the information given by PMC, a total of 1445 vehicles were issued notices which include 606 two-wheelers, 302 three-wheelers, 533 four-wheelers out of which 538 vehicles were seized.
